Paige Babineaux: Where did the idea for Greek Town come from?

Today we have with us Paige Babineaux, a member of Chi Omega Sorority and a new member educator in her sorority. After graduation she married her high school sweetheart, had a baby boy in 2016 and another baby after that, and now she built the first digital swap shop for Greeks with her new app called Greek Town. We’ve been chatting it up online for a while now, and I’m just so happy to share Paige with our listening audience because I think her new product is really going to help sorority and fraternity communities all over the country.

On episode number 167 of the Fraternity Foodie Podcast, we find out why Paige chose McNeese State, what was so special about Chi Omega, what is was like to be New Member Educator for her sorority, where the idea came from for Greek Town – the first and only all-inclusive Greek digital thrift shop, what types of products we can buy on the app, what the reaction has been from the Greek community, other ways students can reduce their expenses in college, new functionality she wants to add to the app, how she was able to get some viral TikToks, and her favorite restaurants in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Enjoy!
