I am a natural born leader whose purpose and passion in life is to help people find their purpose, passion, and why. I am a motivator and supporter, an advocate, encourager, empowerer of women, a mother, and a friend. In May of 2004 I graduated from the University of Kentucky as a lifelong member of Alpha Delta Pi with a BA in Political Science and a Minor in Vocal Performance and Psychology. The following month, on June 10, 2004, I was crowned the first Hispanic Miss Kentucky and won the opportunity to represent my home state at the Miss America 2005 pageant in Atlantic City, NJ where I was an interview award winner.

After 16+ years in corporate america, having won sales awards, a promotion to a sales leader, hiring and building a team, and earning tenure as a coach and developer of people, I left the corporate world to do what was put on my heart a few years ago – serving, empowering, and motivating students and professionals to embrace their most authentic selves. This engaging session will empower participants to articulate their mission, visualize their future, and embody their values in everyday actions. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be equipped with the tools and insights needed to drive positive change and lead with purpose within their chapters and beyond.
