PRESENTATION: Developing A Mental Health Toolkit
Regardless of whether or not you live with a mental health condition, we all have mental health. Britt is here to help your audience prioritize their mental health as much as they do their physical health. Not only do we all have mental health, we all experience stress and anxiety. It is a very normal part of life.
Positive coping strategies are healthy tools and practices one can do to maintain and manage stress so it doesn't build up in the body and turn into panic attacks, anxiety, and depression. Britt helps your audience develop their mental health toolkit so when stressful situations arise, (which they always do) you will be able to help ride the wave of life and set yourself up for success, to the best of your ability to help feel and perform at your best. At the end of this keynote Britt always concludes with a breathing exercise or meditation.
