Hi friends! My name is Britt Turpack and I am a Los Angeles based mental health advocate, TEDx Speaker, movement teacher, Delta Gamma sorority sister, and a representative of NAMI. I am on a mission to make the world a better place by helping people prioritize their mental and spiritual health as much as they do their physical health. I am passionate about sharing my personal journey and connecting with you while being of service to others. Health is everything to me! Brain Health, Body Health, Soul Health, and all that I do and teach is to help others bring their mind, body, and soul into alignment to live their best life...and have some fun in the process!

As a mental health advocate, Britt Turpack helps people to open up the dialogue around the mental health conversation which oftentimes is considered taboo. One of the most challenging things for students to do is to openly admit that they are not ok and that they need help. Britt is not a medical professional, she is an expert in her own lived experience and through her story she gives others permission to feel seen, heard, and in turn liberated. She is the bridge between starting the dialogue and identifying where the audience's appropriate resources are.
