CONSULTING WORK: Demographic and Inclusion Report For National Sorority

In the video on the right, Robert Wilson explains the work that he and his team did for Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. on demographics and inclusion. The sorority had a desire to build cultural competency, bridge gaps in trust, and build skills to identify and navigate meaningful differences among sisters.

The focus of their engagement included:
1. Gather and analyze sisters' voices around their experiences with culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion within SLG
2. Provide context around harms experienced by members
3. Develop, implement, and deliver a customized Cultural Agility Training Program to SLG trainers
4. Enhance SLG's mission to empower women

This type of consulting work is available to all fraternity and sorority headquarters, as well as campus communities that are looking to build cultural competency and skills in these areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
