Robert Wilson's Bio
Robert began his journey in diversity and inclusion as an undergraduate at the University of Michigan, where he served as a residence hall diversity peer advisor. He has served in executive roles at Nissan North America, including as the company’s first Director of Diversity and Inclusion and as Director of Customer Experience. He developed and led Nissan's diversity practice and multicultural market strategy for the Americas.
Robert is the co-founder and executive director of the Tennessee Diversity Consortium and serves as an adjunct professor in Vanderbilt University's Leadership and Organizational Performance program. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University.

The focus of their engagement included:
1. Gather and analyze sisters' voices around their experiences with culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion within SLG
2. Provide context around harms experienced by members
3. Develop, implement, and deliver a customized Cultural Agility Training Program to SLG trainers
4. Enhance SLG's mission to empower women
