Maheen Agha: How can fraternity/sorority communities encourage and support diversity of membership?

Our next guest is Maheen Agha! She is a recent graduate from New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York. She is currently a Physician Assistant Students Master’s Degree student at NYIT, and she is heavily involved with the Greek System on campus, so I figured other students would appreciate her perspective!

We find out why Maheen chose NYIT in Old Westbury, New York, how she knew which sorority was the right one, how attending the NGLA conference helped her personal and organizational growth, how they achieved recruitment success for all organizations on campus, what she learned as Student Assistant and Student Coordinator in the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, how she reached other students on social media, how fraternity and sorority communities encourage and support diversity of membership, what’s next after graduation with a Masters Degree, and how college students can rewire their minds for success. Enjoy!
