Dr. Mylaine Riobé: How can college students create their wellness plan?

Our next guest believes that the key to health and economic prosperity is to empower our younger generations to stay healthy rather than wait until they get sick to take action. Focusing on diagnosing and treating diseases is foundationally and fatally flawed and will lead to lower life expectancy, reduced wealth and mental health deterioration for our younger generations. As a board-certified integrative medical doctor with a special area of expertise in Eastern medicine and as a board-certified OB-GYN; and most importantly – as a mom of 2 amazing Gen Z kids, she has embraced the fusion of Eastern and Western medicine as the path forward! I hope you will join her on that path to wholeness!

In episode 340 of the Fraternity Foodie Podcast, we find out how playing high school basketball has helped Dr. Riobé over her lifetime, what made her choose Columbia University for her undergraduate experience, what is involved when training for figure competitions, advice to students with extreme fatigue and burnout, how you can reverse aging, what is the answer to cancer, and how college students can create a wellness plan. Enjoy!
