Dr. Andrew Hahn is a licensed clinical psychologist. He received his A.B. Magna Cum Laude in Social Studies/Psychology from Harvard University and his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann University. He is certified by Helen Palmer to teach the Enneagram and has also been a faculty member in the graduate Counseling Programs at Lesley University and Northeastern University. Dr. Hahn developed the Life Centered Therapy Training program for those who want to facilitate and/or teach this process. Today, Dr. Hahn has a private practice; he speaks, teaches and leads trainings and healing groups internationally; and continues his effort to better understand what is going on for people so that he can better help them live more contented and healthier lives.
In episode 356 of the Fraternity Foodie Podcast, we find out why Dr. Hahn chose Harvard University, why he likes to work with the Enneagram in his practice, what clients would get with Life Centered Therapy training, what motivated him to write “The One-Hour Miracle”, how he thinks of suffering that’s really a paradigm shift in the field, what are the 5 steps to get rid of anxiety, whether someone listening can heal unexplainable chronic pain just by changing their mind, and how a lack of stress could be shaving years off my life. Enjoy!
