Getting diverse fraternity and sorority councils to work together is a challenge? We’ve got some answers. Lauren Gesualdi is the Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs at Rutgers University – New Brunswick! Lauren earned her BA from Montclair State University and completed her coursework at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education in the College Student Affairs program. Lauren is a member of Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority and spent several years as a member of their professional staff.
