As a former C-suite executive, Dr. Kasi Lacey know what it’s like to be the only woman at the table. She has built departments, led strategic plans, secured millions in grants, and managed crisis after crisis—all while battling imposter syndrome behind closed doors. She felt the pressure to prove herself. To be polished. To not take up too much space. Today, she speaks and coaches so that other women don’t have to carry that same pressure alone.
